Are you sick of you post-workout oatmeal? Have you got a sweet tooth but feeling guilty with wanting a candy? In order to keep our metabolic rate firing, we have got to eat every 3 hours, therefore it is best to snack between meals. What I have just now (and sure I will have it again!) -
Honey glazed banana with cottage cheese
- medium to large banana
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 tbsp honey
1. Cut banana into slices.
2. Mix banana, cottage cheese and honey in a bowl. Serve.
Voila! Prep time is 2 mintues and it is so yummm! I'm sure you will like it. Give it a try!
