The festive season kicks off with Thanksgiving, and Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year on the line, it is going to be 2 months indulgence in delicious food, drinks, fun and celebration, so here are a few tips to stay picture-perfect and radiant at all times.
• Live everyday like X'mas
Instead of going on a crash diet and turning into a gym freak before X'mas, it's best to live up everyday and do things in moderation. A glass of wine doesn't hurt, nourish your body with what it needs and make daily exercise a priority. On festive day, you will more likely enjoy that pie and champagne in moderation rather than over-indulging.
• Be flexible and have fun
We can always be in the mood and make time for exercise, be it only 20 minutes. Make exercise fun and enjoyable. Don't feel like lifting weight today? What about taking your favorite dance class or doing a 20-minute interval training? Or play hide-and-seek with your kids for 30 minutes, any activities that make you happy work. Now move you butt! :-)
• Be happy all the time
It's an ultimate key to keep your sanity! Dress up, look pretty and smile. Direct your mind to happy memory or daydream whatever you fancy. You will notice how radiant you instantly become.
