BodyBlast™ is an outdoor training program that focuses on both cardio and strength training. The 60-minute workout combines both high-intensity and low-impact exercises, which targets to shoot up your metabolic rate and facilitate maximum fat loss. You can expect to see improvement on overall strength and aerobic capacity. Each class is limited to maximum 10 participants, so that you get better attention from the trainer.
Is basic fitness level required?
No. BodyBlast™ is open to all levels of fitness. Whether you want to train for peak performance, sports events or get back in shape, our classes can be modified to suit your fitness level. Participants usually come from similar fitness level in one class, so you don't have to worry about being left behind.
What do I need to bring to class?
You will need a bottle of mineral water and a towel.
For a complete beginner, 60 minutes seems too long.....
Yes, we understand your time concern, so we would advise first-timers with a 45-minute 'initiation'. Workouts will be modified to your fitness level.
